Description
Two sheets of a massive wall map of the United States and Mexico, promoting the American Airlines Flagship Service to New York.
The map includes an illustration of a DC-6B. The Douglas DC-6 was built by the Douglas Aircraft Company from 1946 to 1958. It was used by American Airlines on its New York-Los Angeles route until November 1953, when it was replaced by the D-C 7.
We have never seen the complete map on the market. We would estimate that the complete map was 12 sheets. The present sheets are Sheets 3 and 9.
