The general map provides a detailed treatment of Alaska and the routes to the Gold Regions, with the large inset map tracking the route from Skagway and Dyea north to Dawson via Fort Selkirk, also noting the Gold discovered west of Hancock Hills, north of Chilkat Pass near Dalton Post, on the White River, at the headwaters of the Tanana River and of course in the Klondike region, around Dawson.
