Rare downtown Los Angeles Property and Business atlas, issued by Sims Survey & Service.

The atlas is in a small loose leaf pocket folder and consists of two large folding maps, an Index map and approximately 40 block maps, providing a remarkably detailed overview of the properties, property owners, real estate values and other important facts about the the Urban Core of Los Angeles.

The atlas covers the area bounded by First Street, Pico Street, Figueroa and Los Angeles Street. centered on Pershing Square.

The main map is truly remarkable, providing an overview including the name of each business,the type of material used in construction of each building, the number of floors and type of usage.
