Striking example of Pablo Ludwig's decorative map of Argentina, published shortly after the creation of the new Argentine-Chilean Border.
The map is ringed by images of Soldiers and the Naval Ships of the Argentine fleet, with vignettes for the various Argentine states across the top.
As noted by Rumsey (describing his 1914 example) "another elegant map by Ludwig showing most of the Southern parts of South America. . . ."
Includes an inset map of the area around Buenos Aires.
