The map is incorporated into Delkin's Guide book entitled:

Booklet with pages of tourist information.

The map shows a birdseye view style city plan map with Street Car and Bus Lines, red highlighted War Housing Projects, Auto Trailer Courts, Streets, Map of Golden Gate Park and Panhandle.

Rumsey notes:

A guide to accompany bird's-eye view pictorial map of San Francisco, viewed from the Ferry Building, 30 x 54 [cm] folded into beige heavy paper covers with title "All about San Francisco ...", accompanied by 8 page descriptive text, street index, key to map and Points of interest, with black and white illustrations. On verso: Map of Golden Gate Park, with inset: Panhandle. Map shows city blocks, streets, street car, bus lines and color pictorial vignettes. War housing projects, Carolina, Wisconsin, Sunnydale and Hunters Point marked with orange dotted lines.

The present example is apparently a later issue than the Rumsey copy, with a number of additional War Housing Projects added.
