Description
Restricted pre-Second World War-era military map of Oahu. The map is based on a printed map from the US Department of the Interior Geological Survey but was annotated by hand by Sgt. J. Tracy G-2 Office, March 6th, 1939, and reproduced with glossy photography to make this example.
Military and Naval Reservations have been rendered on the map, including at Pearl Harbor.
Sgt. Tracy made significant additions to the original Department of the Interior Map, not just of military areas but also of Main Highways, One-Way Paved Roads with Passing Points, Dirt Roads, Trails, Landmarks, etc.

Silver gelatin photo map. Dissected in four parts and laid on original linen.
