Rare view of Istanbul, published in Augsburg by Jeremiah Wolff.

The view is looking south across the Golden Horn, with the Pera (Beyoglu) and Galata neighborhoods on the North side in the foreground.

The view is embellished with sailing ships and elegantly costumed locals in the foreground.  A shipyard can been seen on the banks for the river toward the left, evidence of the thriving Ottoman ship building industry in the 17th and 18th Centuries.

This exceptional view locates over 26 different points of interest noted.
