Interesting and detailed map of North America, showing a number of the later geographical misconceptions of the continent.

Florida remains an Archipelago, after Moll. The so-called Sea of the West is still shown, along with the River of the West, which run's to Pike's lake (no relation to Zebullon Pike as far as we know).

Several Rivers, search for a passage to the the Atlantic Ocean, although unsuccessfully so.

Teguayo & Quivira appear, but have been pushed to the upper Plains.

The Pacific Coast has a number of notes, including discoveries by Juan de Fuca, Auguilar and Drake. New Albion appears in Oregon, directly above the mythical Snowy Mountains, which extend east and west. T

he explored limits of the Missouri and Mississippi are identified. Pensylvania, Virginia, the Carolinas and Georgia all extend to the Mississippi River. The east coast has dozens of placenames shown.
