Description
Rare early promotional map for Sana Ana Gardens, as developed by the Wilmax Land Company.
On one side is a large map of Santa Ana, identifying the location of Santa Ana Gardens.
On the verso is a detailed map of the development area, which apparently did not get completed and is now subdivided in a slighly different fashion as Centennial Park, retaining Harvard Street and Fairview Avenue, but with out the other university names shown here.
Includes promotional literature and a number of early black and white photos.
