Rare promotional broadside, announcing the formation of La Compañia del Ferrocarril Internacional de Tejas.

The plan, as indicated in the promotional tract, was to operate a rail line from Fulton, Texas to Mazatlan and to Mexico City, connecting Saint Louis, Chicago, Cairo, Memphis, Cincinnati, Philadelphia and New York with markets in Mexico, both on the Pacific and Gulf of Mexico.
