Description
Decorative map of the Pebble Beach Golf Links, first published in 1968.
The present example would seem to have been issued originally for the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach in 1972, but includes an inscription and signature of Bing Crosby, and a pasted label suggesting the map was given away at the time of the Bing Crosby Pro-Am at Pebble Beach in 1974.
Pebble Beach is the oldest continuously operating golf course West of the Mississippi River. Designed by J.P. Izatt, it is one of the most famous and most scenic courses in the world.
Signed and inscribed: "Hope you enjoyed your stay / Bing Crosby"
