Two maps accompanying a report of the Secreatry of War, regarding the improvement of Wilmington Harbor.

This map focuses on the area which includes Smith's Island, Rattlesnake Island. Filled with hundreds of soundings. Includes a section of the future Terminal Island and the town of San Pedro.
