Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Including a Sketch of the US Coast Survey Signals on Florida Reef

Rare chart of Florida, the Gulf Coast and Caribbean, published by the US Navy's Hydrographical Office.

The chart extends from the coast of Louisiana to Florida and from the Yucatan to Cuba and the Bahamas. The Axis of the Gulf Stream is noted, along with the contiguous cold water to the west of the Gulf Stream

The details in in the Bahamas, Florida Keys, etc. are among the best of any printed chart of this era.

The present example was first issued September 1st, 1869 and revised in June 1872, June 1874, November 1877 and December 1878.

This is the first example of any edition of this chart we have ever seen.
