Description
Striking birdseye view of Chicago, published for the Chicago Columbian Exposition.
The map was a keepsake engraved by the American Fine Art Company for the Western Rural, Chicago.
The view shows the Exposition Fair Buildings,, with Chicago stretching out into the distance and Lake Michigan at the right.
The view is apparently quite scarce. We locate only the Yale copy at the Beinecke Library.
