Description

Rare separately issued map of Asia, published by Clouet.

The map was first issued in 1764.

This late edition, in full orginal color, was likely re-issued to illustrate Cook's voyages.

This edition of the map is apparently very rare on the market and is the first example we have ever seen.

Condition Description
Old color. Old folds. Moderate toning. Several old tack holes in the margins.
