Rare separately issued large format map of the Russian Empire (with an interesting projection of the Aleutian Archipelago, published in Berlin.
The map is derived from the work of Joseph Nicolas De L'Isle, with significant updates.
The map was published by A.F. Busching, a Professor at the University of Gottingen, who published several geographical works.
