Nice example of Perry's map showing ship and troop placements during the Second Battle of Tabasco on June 16th, 1847.

The Second Battle of Tabasco, also known as the Battle of Villahermosa, was part of the American campaign to close Mexican Gulf ports.

The map accompanied the official report of Perry's second expedition against Tabasco.
