The map shows the beginnings of the development of Tahoe Keys.
In the late 1950s, approval was given for Dillingham Corporation to develop a marina on Pope Marsh. This became the extensive Tahoe Keys at the south end of the lake.
Other neighorhoods shown include Stateline, Bijou, Tallac Village, Tahoe Valley and A1 Tahoe.
