Description
Scarce large format plan of the battle field near Farrar Island on the James River.
The map shows the lines of the Union and Confederate armies in Blue and Red, along with a group of Forts just south of Richmond, including Fort Drake, Fort Carpenter, Fort McConihe, Ft. Dutton, Ft. Weed and Fort Zabriskie.
A number of batteries are also named, as are towns, rivers, railroads and other points of interest.
Condition Description
Narrow left margin at top and bottom of map. Some weakness to folds.
