World map game board for a German published game, showing travels around the world.

Very unusual and graphically striking world map with over 30 small colored scenes illustrating activities in different parts of the world, e.g. gold mining in California, seal-killing in Greenland, numerous ships, a monster in the south Atlantic, Polar bear in the Arctic, etc.

The detailed treatment of the Antarctic coastline is of particular note.

The gameboard is quite rare.
