Description
Fine example of Danet's rare plan of the harbor and fortifications of Valletta, on the Island of Malta, oriented with southwest at the top of the map.
In upper right corner, there is a key locating the principal places (most of which are fortified) on the map. A number of sailing ships are shown in the harbor.
The plan is scarce on the market, especially with such wide clean margins.
