If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Description

Extemely rare set or 4 sea charts of the coast of Gotland, by Nils Thorvedsson Stromcrona.

Strömcrona, 1664 - 1740, produced important charts of Sweden and the Baltic, used later by Frenchman Claret de Fleurieu and Russian Naval mapmaker Alexei Nagayev. His maps very rarely appear on the market.

Condition Description

Soiled, with some oil spots. Curiously colored.
