Last year we shipped over 4,500 antique maps to more than 50 countries. Maps are shipped Monday through Friday year-round. If an order is received before 2 PM PST, we will ship the order that day. If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Shipping rates are provided as part of the checkout process.

Promotional broadside, advertising lots for sale in the Weiss Tract No. 2. As noted below, the developer must have been local to the area, both an office and home address are noted in the broadside.

The broadside notes that the lots are available for sale can be purchased as follows:

TERMS: $10 down, $10 per month, without interest.

Office on Tract, and at residence, 1520 East Washington St.

The Weiss Tract No. 2 is bounded by Washington Street in the north and 20th in the south and includes Staunton,McGarry and Alameda. All of these streets still exist today and can be found just south of the 16th Street off-ramp, south of the Interstate 10, about 1 mile east of Trinity Park and 1 mile north of the Ross Snyder Recreational Center, just south of Downtown Los Angeles.
