Charles Morse's rare second edition of this important and highly detailed map of Arkansas.

The map was first issued in Samuel Morse's important Atlas of North America, the first cerographic atlas. Shows towns, roads, rivers, etc. An essential map for American Map collectors, illustrating an important change in the history of printed maps and the only truly American cartographic publishing innovation. This later edition is first to add color to the counties.
