Description
Very rare first edition of De Leth's map of the region, with detailed annotaions regading the Cosaks and an explanatory key. The map is taken from a map copied in St. Petersbourg, but not identified. Very rare. The Ladd-Mocarski collection includes a copy of the map and there has been one other appearance of the map in a dealer catalogue in 1994, but both of these examples were the Schenk edition of the map.
