According to the Chicago Public Library on-line catalogue the burnt district is incorrectly indicated. Reps does not list the birds-eye view of Chicago on p. 3 of the text. Frequently bound with a broadside, which contains news of the Chicago Fire of 1871. Only 1 auction record in the past 30 years.

Condition Description
Pocket map, folded in to black cloth covers with gilt title on front board. 24 pp., 10 text engravings. Basically flawless.
