Description

Rare map of the British Colonies in North America by Nolin, which was revised at the conclusion of the Revolutionary War by R. Phelipeau in Paris. Includes a marvelous inset map of Washington & Rochambeau's conquest at Yorktown & Gloucester. The map includes the proposed peace settlement lines between the British and Americans, making it one of the earliest obtainable maps to include this information. Many notes of battles fought during Revolutionary War. Only a few copies of the map are known to exist.
