Includes extensive military information, including batteries, navy yards, forts, place where British Troops Landed, Entrenchments, Batteries on Hills, notes on fortifications around Norfolk, notes on the location of Bull Run, etc. A list of Union and Confederate Generals is shwon, as are export information from 1860 and a listing of Colton's maps then being offered for sale by Bacon in London.
