Scarce decorative map of England, dissected and laid on linen, which was intended for use as a Children's board game Includes hundreds of vignettes, as many as 7 per county, identifying the various types of manufacturing and produce in each of the Counties in England and Wales. First published between 1826 and 1837 according to F.R.B. Whitehouse in Table Games. The British Library has the 1844 edition. A fine example of the map and slipcase.
