If an order is received after that time, we will ship the next day. We ship maps either flat in custom packages or in specially ordered thick tubes. Scarce and fascinating chart depicting the spheroidal projection of Oceana, with nice coverage of the Antarctic.

The colors differentiate between the colonial holdings fo England, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, and independent countries.

Garnier's work is increasingly scarce on the market, this being only the 3rd example of the map we have had in 20 years.

Original hand-color. Engraving on 19th-century wove paper. Minor foxing.
