Pre-Jet Age travel brochure for Hawaiian Airlines with a map by Melbourne Brindle, from when Hawaii was still a territory. Routes are shown with their distances and for some, flight times. The 1957 addition of a direct non-stop flight from Kauai to Maui is not included. The Hawaiian Airlines logo has its ʻIʻiwi bird logo and its fleet consists of Convair 340s and Douglas DC-3 Viewmasters, before the 1958 introduction of Douglas DC-6s. At the time, Hawaiian Airlines only offered interisland commercial flights; it didn't start flights to the mainland until 1985.
