Description
Nice example of the classical map of Moses' journey from Egypt to Canaan. Includes a year by year route of the trip on the map and marvelous vignette at the bottom, showing Moses receiving the 10 commandments on Mt. Ararat. Richly detailed throughout the Holy Land. A later edition of this map, which was copied by a number of other map makers over a 100 year period. Minor repairs on the verso, but in all, an attractive example.
