How To Clean Old Maps/Prints?

Greetings!

I have acquired some circa 1798 prints (uncolored)
which unfortunately have a significant amount of
foxing and age-toning. I would like to try cleaning
them, but I am not sure exactly how to go about it.

I have read the section of Mr. Manasek?s fine book
?Collecting Old Maps? which deals with ?Washed and
Cleaned Maps? but I am still left wondering what the
actual logistics of the process are? What?s the ratio
of bleach to water? How long should they be left in
the solution?, etc.

Can anyone point me to a good step-by-step process
that I can follow? These prints are so badly
foxed/age-toned that I have no fear of them being
harmed by the cleaning process since they are
un-displayable in their current condition.

Any information which anyone is willing to impart will
be greatly appreciated.
