I had a brief conversation a couple of days ago with a member of the staff who said that a sale of the magazine was being negotiated but has not been finalized. There is apparently a confidentiality agreement in place with respect to the transaction, so we'll probably hear about the sale when it's finalized...or not hear about it if it falls through. Sounds like there's some hope the magazine will continue. The only thing I am certain of: as of a couple of days ago, MW's phone was being answered.
