Large WWII News Map of the Road to Rangoon
Large format map showing the Allies Route southwest through Burma toward Rangoon, during World War II.
The map is an enlargement of a map which first appeared in Time Magazine on March 19, 1945.
The map shows the line of the British, Indian, Chinese and U.S. forces heading toward Rangoon and Japanese controlled Thailand and French Indo-China, with the Ledo Road and Burma Road shown as supply lines.
