350 Lots to be sold, just north of Berkeley and the "U.S. Labratory," immediately east of the Golden Gate Turf Club, in "The Most Rapidly Developing section of the East Bay Area!"
Includes a nice view of the Golden Gate and a cheerful couple with a second woman looking on. Some of the imagery in this map exhibits a marvelous promotional time capsule, most notably the promotion of residential housing so close to an imposing structure marked "US. Labratory."
