Rare 1552 edition of Munster's map of the Rhine River Valley from the area of Coblentz in the east to Strassbourg, and extending north Metz.

This edition of the map can be distinguished by the gradient lines for Longitude and Latitude, which appears only in this edition of Munster's Geographia.

One of the earliest obtainable modern maps of the region. From the 1552 edition of Munster's Geographia, one of the most important 16th Century geographical books.
