Description
Schematic map of the areas centered on the intersection of Moulton and El Toro, on what is now largely land owned by Leisure World of Laguna Hills.
Tactile features and Braille shorthand names, such as "Toro" to the left of its pen labeling, "Aliso" to the right of its pen labeling, enhance this map.
Now called Laguna Woods Village, Leisure World Laguna Hills was the second Leisure World. Construction began in February 1964. The present map would seem to be relatively early in its history. The former Laguna Hills mall is shown on the corner of El Toro Road and Avenida de Carlota.
Condition Description
Black manuscript with braille relief details on a plastic support. A few holes in reliefs. Some soiling in lower right corner.
